Movement

A facilitator of exploration

I have been sharing the practice of Yoga for more than a decade, creating spaces where movement becomes a pathway to greater awareness, strength, and connection.

My teaching is grounded in functional anatomy, breath, and philosophy, while leaving space for curiosity, creativity, and the quieter layers of the practice to unfold. Rather than approaching Yoga as a performance or pursuit of perfect shapes, I invite my students into a practice of deep listening, one that honours the body, the breath, and the experience of being human.

Each offering is designed to feel accessible, empowering, and relevant to everyday life, providing students with the tools to move with confidence, cultivate presence, and build a relationship with Yoga that extends far beyond the mat.

I bow, in reverence, to this practice, the teachings, my teachers, those who came before, and those who will come after.

Ways we can work together

Philosophy of Unfolding

Movement is not just exercise; it is an archival process of the self. My approach integrates the precision of structural alignment with the fluid, organic nature of somatic experiencing.

We work with the architecture of the bones and the intelligence of the nervous system to cultivate a practice that feels grounded, spacious, and sustainable.
