Imperfect Ceramics

Vessels of intent born from the earth, shaped by hands, and fired with purpose. No one piece is the same.

Perfectly imperfect.

Ceramics

Poetry in Clay

My ceramic practice is an extension of movement. Each piece is a documentation of a specific moment in time - a physical record of weight, pressure, and release.

Close-up of a person's side torso with three small circular stones balanced on the skin, showing a two-tone blue and beige pattern, with a black background.

MATERIAL

High-fire stoneware, manganese-speckled clay bodies, and locally sourced river silt. Working with recycled bodies to ensure sustainable practices.

GLAZE

Atmospheric matte whites, raw oxides, and carbon-trapped surfaces. Drawing inspiration from nature and the textures around us.
