Crafting stillness within the flow.

Amanda Borosak is a multi-disciplinary artist, Yoga teacher, and movement guide whose work lives at the intersection of tactile craft, nature, and embodied awareness.

Across Yoga, ceramics, writing, and ritual, she is drawn to practices that invite people to slow down, pay attention, and reconnect with themselves. Whether shaping clay or guiding movement, Amanda sees creativity as a pathway into presence.

For more than a decade, Amanda has taught Yoga with a thoughtful, down-to-earth approach that blends intelligent movement, breathwork, philosophy, and anatomy. She is passionate about helping students understand not only how to practice safely, but why each element matters, creating space for lifelong exploration.

About
Sydney

A journey of integration.

Chicago to
Gadigal Lands

Chicago

Born from the rhythmic pulse of Chicago and refined by the expansive horizon of Gadigal Land (Sydney), Amanda’s practice is a dialogue between the industrial and the organic. Her work explores the space where structure meets spontaneity, drawing together movement, materiality, and ritual as pathways into deeper presence.

With over a decade of experience teaching Yoga, and a lifelong curiosity for form and embodiment, she creates spaces—both physical and internal—that invite a slower, more intentional way of being.

Movement

Movement as Medicine

Amanda believes that movement is the most honest form of communication we have. Her teaching style focuses on somatic inquiry—moving not for how it looks, but for how it feels.
